What artwork is required from our customers for logo and design applications?

 
For new designs, send us black and white or colored artworks with indications of sizes, colors and positions. Pantone color numbers are preferred. Send us the artworks by post or by e-mail. In case of sending us softcopies, please send them in .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or .jpg format.
 
If you want to use your existing embroideries, supply us with your own embroidery disc in .dst format for Tajima machines.
Alternatively we can make the tape for you. There will be a small charge for the embroidery tape depending on the stitch counts.
 
For Breathable bucket hatFusion, Flock Print or Screen-printing, supply us color separated positive films with indications of pantone color numbers. Alternatively we can make the positives for you at cost.
