Minimum quantity
In general:
•200 pieces per shipment
•200 pieces per color/style/logo.
(for special specification and material, minimum quantity might be higher).
Order samples
Sample is free when placing a bulk order over 300pcs.
You can order a sample before placing your bulk order. A sample fee of USD100.00 will be applied in order to cover our costs (digitizing, manufacturing and shipping in express). Thereafter, this cost will be fully credited with bulk production.
Samples fees are payable in advance by direct deposit(Over300pcs).
Delivery time
15-35 days upon receipt of the deposit or L/C.
Payment terms
•Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
•TT 30% deposit on order upon confirmation and balance against notice of finished production.

What artwork is required from our customers for logo and design applications?
For new designs, send us black and white or colored artworks with indications of sizes, colors and positions. Pantone color numbers are preferred. Send us the artworks by post or by e-mail. In case of sending us softcopies, please send them in .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or .jpg format.
If you want to use your existing embroideries, supply us with your own embroidery disc in .dst format for Tajima machines.
Alternatively we can make the tape for you. There will be a small charge for the embroidery tape depending on the stitch counts.
For Fusion, Flock Print or Screen-printing, supply us color separated positive films with indications of pantone color numbers. Alternatively we can make the positives for you at cost.
